By using Visage Theory (the "app"), published by OpenAgent, you agree to these terms.
1. What the app is — and isn't
Visage Theory provides cosmetic and educational information about skincare products and routines. It is not medical advice. Our efficacy grades are predictions based on published concentration thresholds and formulation science — not test results for a specific product, and not a guarantee of any outcome. Always patch-test new products and consult a qualified professional for medical concerns or reactions.
2. No outcome guarantees
Individual results vary. Programs such as the Glass Face Protocol are guided plans to work toward a goal, not promises of a result by any date.
3. Grading independence
Grades are generated by our methodology and are editorially independent. We do not accept payment from brands in exchange for grades or rankings.
4. Subscriptions
Visage Theory Premium is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Any free-trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
5. Affiliate links
Some product links may be affiliate links; we may earn a commission on purchases at no extra cost to you. This never affects a product's grade.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it to provide medical advice to others.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OpenAgent is not liable for damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on its information.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
